guaranteed. Any reading is to be treated as guidance only, not advice. 5 Elements Psychic Readings will accept no responsibility
for how the user chooses to use the information supplied by this service in a reading. Any information given in any reading is not
to be treated as professional advice - it always recommended that in the event of any medical, financial or other situation, that you
seek the advice of a professional.

You must be over 18 years of age or over to use this service.

Payment is to be made using 'Paypal' secure payment service using debit or credit card. The user will be directed to this service
through 5 Elements Psychic Readings website.

Should the user have a complaint about the service they have received, please contact us using the 'contact us' link on the
website. This will be sent directly to 5 Elements Psychic Readings e-mail address.

5 Elements Psychic Readings will bar access to it's service if:

. The user has misued this service in any way
. The user has been abusive or offensive in any way

Refunds

A refund may be given under the following circumstances only:

. If a reading has been sent to your e-mail address but is returned to this service. If we are not contacted within 48 hours, or
unable to contact you, any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.

Privacy

The information we receive about the user is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on, sold or misused in any
way. 5 Elements Psychic Readings will, however, retain a copy of the reading in a secure manner for a period of 1 month in case
there are any enquiries regarding a reading. All readings are treated as strictly confidential.
